Debbie is a full-time hygienist and holds the record for being our most tenured team member (since 1988). She is a key player in creating the dynamics that run our practice. She truly lives our "practice philosophy" each and every day and brings that sense of high quality professionalism to each and every patient. Robin’s first involvement with dental assisting began in high school but she also brings with her 30 years of accounting and real estate experience. Working with Dr. Mark on the mission team in Honduras as a dental assistant rekindled her love of the profession and interacting with people. She also enjoys the diversity our office offers as well as working with her hands. She has been a great asset to our team.Cheryl
Cheryl has been a dental assistant since 2000 and has worked for Dr. Mark since the beginning of 2005. It did not take long for the warmth of her personality to endear her to patients and staff alike. A graduate of Cuyahoga Valley Career Center, she was #1 in her class. Since she began working here, she has taken numerous continuing education courses in Neuromuscular/TMD treatment and Implants as well as CPR & OSHA. Renee began working full-time with Dr. Mark in 1989 when she was but a child. She earned her CDA in 1994 and also completed continuing education with the Midwest Implant Institute. She is also trained in Conscious Sedation for Oral Surgery, Neuromuscular/TMD, CPR & OSHA. In 1995 she began a family and continued to work part-time. Nadine has been in the dental field for over 20 years as an assistant and EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary). Since she began in our office in 2000, her role has expanded to include managing the Continuing Care program and handling patients' insurance claims. Nadine's attention to detail and sense of responsibility have allowed us to provide continuity of care and achieve the maximum in insurance benefits for our patients' treatment.Barb
Barb is a past and present patient who joined our staff in 1995. She brings with her a light-hearted sense of humor and eight years of business experience from running an insurance agency. In addition to coordinating our patients' scheduling needs and keeping us on top of things, she is always there to welcome, listen, comfort and share.Judy
A dental assistant since 1977, Judy brought with her a wealth of experience when she began her association with our office in 1995. Her sense of humor can lighten even the most difficult treatment and make "coming to the dentist" an enjoyable event. Jeanne has worked for Dr. Mark since 1992. She has been in the dental profession for over 25 years: first as a Dental Assistant, and now as the Financial Coordinator of our practice. Her experience provides us with the ability to help our patients "bridge the gap" between achieving their treatment goals and their financial realities. Mark A. Iacobelli, DDS, FAGD, graduated from Case Western University School of Dentistry in 1982. Since then, he has acquired and maintained his Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry by completing numerous hours of continuing education. This continuing education has been highlighted by completing multi-year post-graduate programs in orthodontics (braces), neuromuscular and TMD treatments for jaw and head pain, esthetic and cosmetic dentistry, implant placement and restoration and a one-year program on conscious sedation (intravenous anxiety control) with Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He has been recognized by The Straight Wire Orthodontic Studies Organization for his commitment to continuing education for orthodontics, TMD treatment and neuromuscular dentistry. A hygienist for over 30 years, Diane began working part-time with our team in 1997. After having accumulated hundreds of hours of continuing education, her passion is still focused on periodontal therapy treatment and prevention. "I am a healthcare worker, first and foremost. My commitment is to provide the optimum opportunity for oral and systemic health in a relaxed and comfortable environment. I am so grateful for being involved in a practice where quality is never compromised and "exceptional dental care" is of utmost importance."
