We promise to speak candidly with you about possible treatments as well as any risks and associated costs of treatment, and how treatment can address your individual needs as a patient. Our staff is uniquely trained and highly skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Our staff consists of team members with specialized training and multiple certifications, and each one of our team members has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars. Mariya
Insurance Coordinator
Mariya has been with our office since December 2018. She was born in Ukraine and has lived in Ohio since 2011. She is eager to answer any questions our patients may have regarding appointments, insurance, or their dental treatment. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and three children.
Maggie
Patient Coordinator
Maggie joined our staff in 2016, bringing years of experience in caring for patients. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Kent State University which has helped her build relationships with our patients over the years. Outside of work Maggie enjoys attending Cleveland Indians baseball games, spending time with her nieces, and she is a newlywed.
Kori
Dental Hygienist
Kori is a RDH that graduated from Youngstown State University in 2012. She began as a patient of ours from adolescence, which allows her to have a unique perspective having been on both sides of the dental chair. She loves interacting with people and her biggest goal is to educate patients today for a brighter smile tomorrow! Both her and her husband are big sports fans that enjoy playing and attending sporting events.
Cheryl

Cheryl - Certified Dental Assistant/ EFDA
Cheryl has been a CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) since 2000 and has worked for Dr. Mark since 2005. In 2007, Cheryl passed her EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary) boards after attending Case Western Reserve University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and chocolate lab, Riley. Her excellent clinical skills and compassionate nature make her a valuable member of our team.
Sarah
Certified Dental Assistant /EFDA
Sarah - Certified Dental Assistant/ EFDA
Sarah began working for our practice in 2019. She became an EFDA in 2018, receiving her education from Case Western Reserve University. Sarah spends most of her free time cheering her son, Nick, on at various athletic events. She also enjoys gardening and cooking.
Lisa
Certified Dental Assistant/EFDA
Lisa joined our staff in early 2020. She earned her EFDA certification from Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine in 2017. She brings care, compassion, and empathy into her meetings with patients. Lisa is a Cleveland Indians fan and spends her free time with her son Danny and two sisters.
Jackie
Appointment Coordinator
Jackie joined our team in 2021 bringing 30+ years of experience in dental administration. She loves interacting and helping patients make their appointments to accommodate their busy schedules. Her absolute favorite color is orange! She enjoys walks in the park and motorcycle rides with her husband and count her in for anything involving sun and water. Jackie has 4 cats that she adores!
Rosa
Appointment Coordinator
Rosa joined our team in 2021. As an appointment coordinator she may be a familiar voice you recognize when calling the office. She is always willing to educate patients on the wide range of dental treatments we offer here. When Rosa is not working she enjoys cheering on the Guards and spending time with her loved ones.
Khrystyna
Dental Hygienist
Khrystyna has joined our team in 2021. She loves helping people improve their oral health and see the difference it has made in their lives. She immigrated from Ukraine with her family in 2007 to Cleveland. When she is not working she loves spending time with her husband and kids. She is proud plant collector and loves collecting any types of plants.
Emily
Hygiene Coordinator
Emily began her journey into dentistry in 2019, and joined our staff at the beginning of 2022. Emily enjoys forming connections with patients and helping them in any way she can. When Emily isn’t working you can find her hiking, reading, or attending her little sisters volleyball games.
Crystal
Certified Dental Assistant
Crystal has joined our practice early 2022 and she comes with 5 years of dental experience and is also IV sedation certified. She enjoys the outdoors and exploring new places with her two children.
Sarah
Dental Hygienist
Sarah joined our team in March 2022. She has wanted to be a dental hygienist for as long as she can remember. She genuinely loves people, making them feel at ease, and watching them smile! Her passion is being a mom to her 3 children! She is also an advocate for the special needs community, which includes her oldest daughter, Charlotte.
