Program Guidelines: Cannot be used in conjunction with another dental savings plan or outside financing program such as CareCredit. This is a discount plan, NOT dental insurance. Membership is non-transferable and cannot be used at other dental offices. Cannot be used for dental care covered under medical insurance or injuries under worker’s compensation. Does not cover treatment performed prior to enrollment in the club. Member must remain enrolled for the duration of their treatment to receive plan benefits and discounts. The term is one year from the date of enrollment. Benefits and services cannot be carried over to the next year.

Affordable Financing Solutions

If you need to finance some or all of the costs of your procedure, talk to us about no-interest and low-interest options available. We can make arrangements with a short-term, in-house financing plan to break up the total cost of your procedure into affordable monthly payments, up to one year. We also offer in-house financing plans for advanced treatments such as orthodontics. If you choose to pre-pay for your entire procedure or service fees upfront, we will extend a 5% discount.
